   First live build

   Funnel, booking, and the inbox. We build them with you, on the call.

3. Days 11–20

   The follow-through

   Campaigns, payments, and the voice that picks up the phone. Then we test it.

4. Days 21–30

   Go live

   A walkthrough with the team. Then the weekly sessions stay.

5. Day 30

   The promise

   Show up to onboarding and one live session. If it isn’t running, the next month is on us.
